Community Resources
Mental health is only one piece. Sometimes what people need first is food on the table, a safe place to sleep, or help paying the power bill. This page is a living list — built by the community, for the community.
You don’t have to know where to start.
As a social worker and therapist, I see every day how hard it is to navigate the systems that are supposed to help. This page exists to make that a little easier.
If you know a resource — a food bank, a utility program, a housing service, anything — that made a difference for you or someone you know, add it here. All submissions are reviewed before going live.

“I became a social worker before I became a therapist. The people I work with are dealing with real, material hardship — and the mental health system is just one small part of what they need. I made this page because I believe community knowledge is real knowledge.”
